PRIDE

Engineering education becomes more valuable when learners repeatedly apply it to real product problems. PRIDE is designed to add that practical layer without replacing the student’s regular degree.

GTRI’s approach is deliberately practical: understand the problem, build capability, apply knowledge, produce evidence and connect the participant to the next useful opportunity.

01

Why this pathway exists

Technology capability grows through repeated application. Each GTRI pathway is designed to turn information into practice and practice into evidence. The emphasis is on useful work, reflection, mentoring and connections rather than learning in isolation.

The exact support available depends on the participant, project scope, resources and applicable terms. Detailed agreements and formal documents govern specific engagements.

02

GTRI APPROACH
PRODUCT RESEARCH · INNOVATION · DESIGN · ENGINEERING
Learn. Apply. Build. Connect.

Use the pathway to develop capability through action. Where a product or project is involved, progress is guided by the evidence that emerges from research, design, engineering, testing and feedback.
